The Richard G. Weiss Agency was founded in August of 2006 with a focus on the needs of an aging population. Today that is still a major driver of our business but we are working so much more with the "sandwich" generation. As the industry has changed, not only in the options and benefits of coverage but in the way we access the healthcare system the need for inperson ongoing assistance has grown.

As our agency grows we remain devoted to helping each client and their families as their needs change. Clients never pay for our time as we strive for a relaxed stress free enviornment. Tanner is a recent graduate of John Carroll University in University Heights, OH. He graduated with a degree in business, played Lacrosse and was a caddie throughout college. Tanner is originally from New Your but now resides in Cleveland.

AGENT
Herb joined the agency in 2020 and brings over 35 years of experience in the Medicare field. He mentors and teaches new agents as well as serving his client and is a valuable asset to our growing team.
